Know About Different types of fittings

The plumbing system is worth it, thanks to its connections, so that the chain is no stronger than the weakest links. Therefore, it is very essential to have a reliable understanding of all joints in order to create or change the plumbing circuit of a mechanical machine or installation.

Therefore, Brass Fittings Manufacturers need to know the type of accessory that best suits the operating conditions of your machine or equipment.

There are three ways to connect pipes.

    -Threaded pipes and accessories;

    -By welding;

    -By mounting (connection) with a flange.

  • Thread connection

Threaded fittings are definitely the most used. The a182 f11 flanges are contained in copper, cast iron, steel, and other alloy pipes.

Even though threaded pipes are suitable for all pressures, they are mainly used for small diameter pipes up to 75mm. Also, the larger the pipe diameter, the more difficult it is to get a good threaded connection.

Part of the circuit for steel pipes and threaded fittings:

For steel tubes, fittings are sorted by nominal size, fitting name, and material. Steel pipe fittings are offered in regular or beaded models.

Common models for steel threaded joints:

According to Titanium Pipe Fittings Manufacturers beaded accessories are better and more powerful than regular models. In fact, the beads are located on both ends of the thread and strengthen this part to prevent the accessory from breaking.

  • Identification and description of screw connection

Accessories are categorized according to nominal size, name, and material of manufacture. Therefore, it is important to know the main threaded joints used in pipes, their description and usage.

Malleable cast iron and steel readable fittings:

elbow:

Elbows are male or female pipe fittings that allow you to change the direction of the pipe.

There are 15°, 20°, 30°, 45°, 75°, 80°, 85°, 90° or square, double or 180° elbows, deflection elbows, removable 45° and 90° elbows and more.

T connector:

When a T-Bead accessory has an opening of the same diameter and the shirt's "arms" are curved, they are called "panties". On the other hand, if one of the openings has a smaller diameter than the other, it is designated by the term "T reducer" or "branch." Two opposite openings are attached to the main pipe, a third opening allows the alloy steel flanges of branches.

The reduced diameter T type, as the name implies, can shrink the duct, but it can also have a reduced diameter outlet. When identifying a decreasing "T", the second outlet always names the end, even if it is large. If the "T" has a branch opening with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the main tube, then this accessory is a true reducer. Copper Fittings Manufacturers often turn down the power and call it a "T".

Y connector:

It is an accessory where one of the outlets is 45 degrees from the other axis. It is identified in the same way as a "T". For example, the Y 20 20 12 mm connector.
